Which Screen We Buy Back
We are only able to buy back LCDs for specific models of phones. Please make sure your LCD model is listed on our form before sending it to us.
OEM vs Non-OEM Screens
OEM means 100% original screens removed from devices, never refurbished or resurfaced. Non-OEM Screens may contain any of the following aftermarket parts: LCD, Touch Screen, Polarizer, Glass, Touch Screen Flex Cable, LCD Flex Cable, or Frame.
Buy Back, Recycle, or Return
Upon receipt, all the LCD Screens will be tested carefully for functionality. Non-functional LCDs can either be shipped back to you, or properly recycled. It is your choice, but unless you have some crazy art installation planned for the broken screens, it is probably best to let us recycle them.
When a screen's glass shatters it may also have some other issues, such as pressure marks, pressure damages, and blemishes. Thorough inspection of LCD screens is needed to spot these subtle imperfections as they lay behind the cracked glass. Moreover, models of LED screens may contain shadow imprints on the display. Each received screen is graded on a scale of A, A-, B and C. We purchase only the grades for models which have pricing listed, e.g. if a there is NOT a Grade C price for iPhone 5S, this means we are not purchasing this grade.
Grade A: LCD, digitizer, backlight all perfect condition
Grade A-: LCD and digitizer function perfect, the backlight has issues
Grade B: Minor pressure points, dead pixels, shadows or other visible issues
Grade C: Excessive pressure points, dead pixels, shadows or other visible issues
For customers who choose dispose the rejected screen(s), rejected LBB item(s) will be kept in our facility for 5 business days and be dispossed after.
